    Notes:

    Upon booking, the owner will send a personal, detailed email with a rental agreement. Half of the total rent and a $250 refundable damage deposit must be mailed or paid online to reserve the property.

    The remaining half of the rent is due two weeks prior to arrival. If paying by check, the refundable damage deposit will be cashed two weeks prior to arrival, and promptly returned after your stay, if there are no damages.

    If paying online, your refundable damage deposit will be promptly returned by check through the mail, if here are no damages.

    If renting for a full month, a utilities fee will be added. This fee will vary depending on usage.

Extremely high ceilings, loft and 19 windows give this little cabin a spacious feel.

The large windows downstairs will allow you to enjoy the outdoors from inside, and you will feel like you are in a luxurious tree house when you climb the spiral staircase to relax upstairs in the loft! You can watch the birds from bed!

The kitchen has a charming, farm-house sink, rock wall and retro oven. If you like to cook, you will have all of the kitchenware needed.

Enjoy fishing, hunting, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, observing wildlife, scenic drives, and bird watching!
