It´s got 2 kitchens, one of them is on the bottom floor and the other one is upstairs on the outside area by the pool, it´s a very nice área to spend the evening just chilling out by the pool.
10 minutes walking from the 5th avenue and 5 minute walk to the beach.
Villa has modern furniture and amenities, the house is decorated and furnished with a nice italian taste. There are plenty of services included with your rental.
