Additional information

This is a great family suite with 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people. The suite is over 2000 square feet of living area and has one full bathroom and laundry facilities.

There is a new heated private pool in the backyard and we are pet friendly. We are located on a huge 0.63 acre lot with lots or grass for your dog, we are fully fenced so you can rest easily. We are also close to Kalamoir park that has off leash dog areas so bowser can swim in the lake too.

The home has central AIR CONDITIONING. There is a BBQ and pool shed with a toilet, sink and change room, so the kids can hang by the pool for hours.

There is even a heated outside shower for when you exit the pool and want to rinse off. The big backyard is fully fenced. Lots of parking that can accommodate a boat or a large RV.

Located in West Kelowna with a 5 minute drive to Kalamoir Park (which has public beach and several off leash dog beaches) on Okanagan Lake , close to Gellatly Bay boat launch, 5 minutes to West Kelowna and 15 minutes to downtown Kelowna this home is close to it all.

There is free cable vision and free wireless internet.

Walking distance to Mount Boucherie Regional Park, hiking trails and wineries. Located on the Westside Wine Trail which hosts 11 of the Okanagan's finest wineries including Quail's Gate, Volcanic Hills and Mission Hill.

Please note that the owners reside in the top floor of the home and will use the pool occasionally.

Transportation

TransportationKelowna is situated on an excellent road network at the junction of Highway 97 and Highway 33, making transportation options many.

Highway 97 runs through the city and continues south through the Okanagan Valley into Washington State.

To the north it intersects with Highway 1, the Trans-Canada Highway, providing access to Vancouver and Calgary.

The most direct route to Vancouver is the Highway 97C/Highway 5 combination, which meets Highway 97 20km/12.4mi south of downtown.

Highway 33 runs southeast from Kelowna and connects with Highway 3 for access east or west to Calgary or Vancouver. For a longer scenic route follow the Mountains & Vineyards Circle Route.
