Charming Kelowna hobby (horses) farm adjacent to Mission Park's inner city network of wilderness trails offers a unique vacation experience.
From your doorstep you can walk to shops or cycle down the Greenway past golf courses, through horse country, and eventually to Lakeshore road.
The nearest golf or winery is within 3 klm all other amenities within 10 klm. Be sure to study the map.
As a farm the owners/caretakers are on site to maintain animals, grounds and pool, and live in a separate (connected), private suite. Your rental space including, 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, den, living room and dining, laundry, pool, tennis, patios is exclusively yours and very private.
This property is not a good fit with young adults, who are coming to the valley to enjoy late rambunctious evenings with their friends. This is a family neighbourhood and since we also live here, we simply can not have traffic coming and going, or very loud social activity beyond 11 pm.
We simply can not accept young adults that are here to socialize. To respect our neighbours and the fact that we also live here, loud activity or vehicle traffic beyond 11 pm is highly incompatible.

Transportation
Kelowna is situated on an excellent road network at the junction of Highway 97 and Highway 33, making transportation options many.
Highway 97 runs through the city and continues south through the Okanagan Valley into Washington State.
To the north it intersects with Highway 1, the Trans-Canada Highway, providing access to Vancouver and Calgary.
The most direct route to Vancouver is the Highway 97C/Highway 5 combination, which meets Highway 97 20km/12.4mi south of downtown.
