House has many conveniences including central air conditioning and heat as well as ceiling fans throughout.

House was just completely remodeled. The updated kitchen features granite counter tops and all new appliances including a new stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

There is ample cabinet space as well as a large island. The kitchen opens into the large living area with a stone fireplace and a 43 inch wide screen television with cable accessing some 175 channels.

There is a wet bar containing a sink and small refrigerator. The indoor porch features a dining room table that seats 10.

The living area opens to an outside deck that is ideal for rocking and passing the day or evening while enjoying the views of the mountains and lake.

The entire upstairs contains oak hardwood floors.

Upstairs (main level) - 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath and second bedroom with two twin beds and full bath.

Downstairs - 1 large bedroom with queen size bed plus a twin bed with full bath and another large bedroom with queen size bed and a twin bed with a full bath.

Additional sleeping is available on two floor mattresses, which are stored under a bed.

There is a clothes washer and dryer in the downstairs, and linens and towels are provided.

A deposit of half is required to guarantee rental. There is a cleaning charge of $100 and a 5% tax is required.

There is also a $300.00 refundable damage deposit required, and we do not allow pets. Located next to listing #16496 (Beautiful Lake Lure) and the two houses can be rented together.
