Pricing can be confusing based upon what type of activities you will be using and how many guests you will be having.
FEES are as follows;
Day: $3 per person per day.
Campers: $10 and $15/night per camper for electrical and water hookup.
Tents: $5 per tent for anyone staying in a tent over night.
Horses: $20 per horse for the first hour and then $15 for each additional hours.
Large rope swing: $20 per day.
Paddle Boats: $5/boat per day (3 available).
Zip Line: $5/trolley per hour (Minimum charge of $5 applies).
Small rope swing, Water slide, diving board: FREE
A refundable clean up deposit of $250 is required for stays of more than 8 days or group gatherings of 20 people or more.
We do not allow pets in this house except on the back porch or in the fenced in areas for over night stays.
Pets are allowed to roam freely on our property if they are supervised and there are NO complaints in regard to the animals. The $20 pet fee is applied for EACH animal/pet.
If there is a question in regard to any pricing policies we highly ask you contact us for explanations. We do not want there to be any problems at check out time because of any miscommunication of your charges in advance.
*Note; A day is classified as Twelve Noon to Twelve Noon the following day.
