Part of a triplex, the condo is located right on the lake, with buoys to tie up to as well as a newly remodeled dock for your enjoyment.
Plenty of lake swimming available as well as a grassy area, with chairs, tables and a fire pit, next to the swimming area as well so you can watch the kids swim.
Dining Area with seating for 6. Living Room with TV, stereo, DVD player, pull out couch with sleeping for two,with wide open views of the lake. Fully equipped washer and dryer. New Air conditioning unit which provides a comfortable environment throughout.
For those who have to work or just want to surf the internet, we have full upgrade 802.11n WiFi coverage throughout the condo as well.
The Master Bedroom has a King size Bed with floor to ceiling views of the lake, with new flatscreen TV. Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed, with TV and DVD player.
From the main living area, the patio and deck is accessed, with 180 Degree views of the lake, from Wapato to downtown Chelan. There is patio seating for 8, a gas grill or charcoal grill that are ready to use.
Plenty of parking available for your boat trailer and cars!
