General
Beach vacation condo where the water is warm and the surf is good! No crowds, no wetsuits, and seven surf breaks.
This second floor, one bedroom condo overlooks the pool and hot tub. Enjoy Bay of Banderas, surf, and palm tree views from the sunny veranda. The stunning Islas Marietas Nature Preserve is just off shore. Three surf breaks are in sight, one directly across the street!
The condo is quite safe with 24/7 gated security, right on Punta Mita village’s main street. Golf is convenient as the Four Seasons Resort is across the other street. There are plenty of fine beachside restaurants and ‘locals’ family restaurants within walking distance.

Punta Mita
Activities
Punta Mita is a small beachfront village located on Banderas Bay, about 10 miles north of Puerto Vallarta. Surrounded on three sides by the Pacific Ocean, there is no shortage of sandy beaches, warm water, comforting sunshine and gentle sea breezes to enjoy. Take a fishing or whale watching charter out onto the Pacific or visit Careyeros Hill, a prehistoric human settlement on a nearby hilltop, which dates back to 800 A.D.Transportation
Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) fields connections to airport hubs in the U.S. and Canada. It is located about 25 miles from Punta Mita.Food & Drink
Punta Mita's dining options include local traditional Mexican dishes and cuisine from all over the world. For on-the-go dining, check out a taco stand or try local favorite pescado embarazado — fish on a stick — from a fresh seafood vendor.Read more
