Exquisite penthouse condo overlooking the El Anclote surf break!

Faro de Mita 308 offers views of mountains and ocean in all directions and the roof top deck includes a BBQ, bar sink, and powder room. When the surf is up, you can check the breaks from the deck. There are lots of other surf choices nearby.

The infinity pool and lush grounds are perfect. The pool has a shallow area for children, enough length for lap swimming, and amazing chairs. The Palapa in the common area can serve for gatherings or just quiet time in the shade.

There is a complete kitchen and lovely dining area, but never fear, ‘Restaurant Row’ is just steps away and the village offers small markets, food vendors, and cheap dining treasures if you go looking. The beach is just a short walk down the private path.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a marble shower. Two double beds in the second bedroom are very comfortable and have mountain views.

During the winter, you can whale watch from the deck with your morning coffee and the Islas Marietas are always visible. Whale spouts as well, in season.

Surfing is close by. There is a lot of local Mexican flavor, but plenty of luxury choices too. We are right next door to the top rated Four Seasons in the world. It is a remarkably beautiful place.

Within a couple of hours drive there is also magnificent country. There are lots of birds and other interesting wildlife, not to mention everything that lives in the ocean right out your front door. Life in the condo is very comfortable and relaxing.

Parking is secure behind the security gate, so your vehicle and boards will be safe overnight. It is also possible to take the bus from the airport and save the cost of a rental car.

No TV or cable, but there is wireless Internet. 24 hour security, immaculate grounds, large pool with shallow end, secure beach access, and full concierge, housekeeping, and catering services available.
