Large patio and grassy area. Sunny, corner condo great for families!

Casa Vida Facil is a great corner unit with lots of windows and light. The location is super convenient and just steps to beach access, the marina, and restaurants. Great for families with small children, because of a large grassy area, that extends the patio.

In addition to the master and guest bedroom, there is a third small bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for kids or a small adult on the bottom bunk. The sofa has a pull-out mattress for additional sleeping capacity.

This beautiful condo is next to a walking bridge for ease carrying surfboards down to the beach. Relax with your morning coffee and amazing views of Banderas Bay. This well maintained condo offers all the comforts of home, with a BBQ to grill up your catch of the day!
