If you walk west along the beach in less than a quarter of a mile you will end up at the pristine county park where the Island meets the folly river perfect for birdwatching, dolphin watching and nature lovers!
Inside the house you will be spoiled with four TV sets featuring DirectTV including a giant flatscreen in the living room.
There is a full bath with a jet tub and double vanity off the Master. The second floor master bedroom on the right also has a king bed with a private bath and double vanity.
Two other bedrooms on this floor share a hall bath and both have queen beds. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.
The third floor has 3 single beds and a queen bed. A view of the ocean can be seen from the 2nd and 3rd floors.
With an easy walk to the beach this is a perfect location to create some wonderful Folly memories.
Giant front porch includes 4 rocking chairs for relaxing and listening to the sound of the waves.
Small events are welcome, you can host as many as 50 guests.
